Efficient chart navigation is a skill that separates beginner traders from experienced ones. Being able to quickly zoom into a specific price zone or pan back to historical data saves time and improves your analysis quality.
Zooming In and Out
Zoom methods:
- Mouse scroll wheel — zoom in/out centered on your cursor position
- Ctrl + scroll wheel — zoom only the time axis
- Drag the time axis — zoom the time scale (show more/fewer candles)

Panning the Chart
